Supplies to buy — and scent or product preferences

They need to pick something up before you get there. This is a shopping list, not a reminder that the appointment exists. Supplies text is a shopping list with a why.

Name the product. Don’t send them hunting without a size or color.

When to use this

Match what you used last time

You already know the paint. They buy it; you bring the rest.

Before I come Thursday, could you pick up two gallons of the same white we used last time? I’ll bring the rest.

They choose the fixture

You install. They pick. If they don’t buy it, you skip that part.

Hi Jordan — I’ll need a new shower head on site. If you grab one you like, I’ll install it. Otherwise I’ll skip that part.

Color you won’t guess

Stain, tile, a specific brand. Be boring and exact.

For Tuesday: please have a quart of Minwax Early American at the house. I don’t want to guess the color.

Can bring and bill

Offer a backup.

If you can’t get the filter before Thursday, I can bring one and add it to the invoice — just say.

Must be there to start

Hard blocker.

I need the paint you chose on site to start. If it isn’t there Friday I’ll have to reschedule — text when it arrives.

Scent, fragrance, or cleaning product preferences

Fragrance, allergies, and product choices. Ask before the next visit — not after you already sprayed — and confirm what you’ll bring.

Any scent they hate

Ask once before the next clean.

Hi Jordan — before next week, any scents or products you want me to skip? I can bring unscented if that’s easier.

They mentioned allergies

Confirm what is safe.

Hi Alex — noted on the fragrance allergy. I’ll use unscented only from here. Text me if there’s anything else to avoid.

They want a specific smell

Confirm without overpromising stock.

Got it — you like the lemon cleaner. I’ll bring that for Thursday. If I’m out of it I’ll use unscented and let you know.

They already told you once

Confirm you’ll follow it.

Noted — no lavender or citrus at your place. I’ll stick to the unscented set from here on.

How to send it

Copy one message, swap in the real name and time, and send from your own phone or email. Keep it to a few sentences. If they need a different topic, use a Related link below instead of mixing two subjects in one text.
