About Client Messages
Client Messages is a free public library of copy-paste texts for people who work alone — house cleaners, tutors, handypeople, and independent contractors.
What this site is
When you need to tell a client you’re late, done, sending a bill, or moving a visit, open a page and copy one. There is no account, no form, and nothing to generate. The words are already on the page. Change the name and the time, then send them from your own phone or email.
Each page explains when to use that message, gives several short variations, and links to related situations so you don’t send the wrong tone. Names like Alex and Jordan in the samples are stand-ins so the sentences read naturally. They are not real clients.
Who it’s for
Solo operators and small independents who text or email clients directly. If you already have a CRM that sends canned messages, you may not need this. If you usually stare at a blank phone before a tricky client note, this library is for you.
What it is not
- Not a product to buy and not a subscription.
- Not legal, tax, or employment advice — just wording you can adapt.
- Not a marketplace, directory, or booking tool.
- Not affiliated with Google, Apple, or any messaging app.
Who runs it
Operator: Marcos Garcia. Contact: optimizemg@gmail.com. The site is published at clientmessages.com.
